An opportunity to visit the BRAND NEW Battle of the Midway Theatre,
A multiple million dollar project, not yet open to the public!
The USS Midway Museum’s new 90-seat Battle of Midway Theater features Voices of Midway, a multimedia film that blends life-sized holographs, World War II archival footage, and reenactments filmed aboard the World War II-era USS Midway. The theater’s exterior resembles the hull of the USS Yorktown, the American carrier lost at Midway, complete with a blast hole and special “damage control” effects as the theater’s entrance. The Theater is a new and unique option for Midway as a private event venue and a must see for SDMPI members!
